Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

If you would like to order and collect your order from the store, please email info@yucelcoffeeroasters.co.nz provide a phone number so we can call or text you when your order is ready for collection. All store orders will be available for contactless collection from the front store entrance after we have contacted you.

FREE SHIPPING

If your order value reaches the free shipping threshold of TBC, we do not charge any shipping costs at all. If your order is under the threshold, we charge a standard shipping cost of TBC. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed through our online store are delivered via tracked courier to ensure safe and fast delivery. Orders are shipped via a two-days courier service, however please allow an extra day or two for rural or dangerous goods deliveries.

We always try to send all products to you in one package but may send in multiple packages from our different warehouses around the country.

If you have specific instructions for the courier please add these to the comments section when you check out.

Please note that our couriers CANNOT deliver to a PO Box addresses and international.

Please note all Items are subject to availability at time of purchase, if an item is not immediately available in New Zealand, you will be notified with the option to backorder the item, swap for a different colour/size/brand or cancel the item.
